In Manekko! English, open the Profile tab and tap アカウントを削除 (Delete Account). You'll be asked to confirm twice — deletion is permanent and removes all your learning data within 30 days.

In BitEnglish (web), account settings are under your profile menu. You can also email us at hello@manab.ai to request deletion.

• Check that Manekko! has permission to access the microphone in Settings → Manekko! → Microphone (and Speech Recognition).
• Make sure the device isn't in silent / Do Not Disturb mode.
• Try restarting the app.
• On iOS, certain audio routing (AirPods, Bluetooth headsets) can interfere — try toggling Bluetooth off and using the built-in mic.

Use the password reset link on the sign-in screen. If you signed in with Google or Apple, there is no password — just sign in again with the same provider.

No. Manekko! uses Apple's built-in speech recognition, which processes audio in Apple's ecosystem. We only receive the resulting text transcript — your audio is never sent to our servers. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Yes. Manekko! is free during the initial launch. We may introduce optional paid features in the future; core learning functionality will remain accessible.
